All orders will be dispatched on next working day. Delivery times may differ depending on the destination. If have specific requirement to use particular shipping service please drop us a message when order with us.
We will not include Invoice copy in the parcel unless required by regulations. Copy of the invoice will be sent via email. For any reason if you cannot find the invoice in email contact us and we will send you a copy in email.

We offer a 14 days peace of mind and money back guarantee. If the item you have received is not suitable then please notify us by email stating the reason for the return within 14 days of receipt. In such cases, items must be sent back complete with original packaging and any free gifts included. We suggest that you use a signed for delivery service. If recorded delivery is not used, we cannot accept responsibility for any lost returns sent. Please note that the postage cost is not reimbursed.
In the unlikely event of any defects we will offer a replacement or full refund on receipt of the faulty/damaged items providing they are returned within 14 days of you receiving them complete with original packaging and if any free gifts included. Should your item be faulty, simply contact us with details of the fault and item you wish to return along with details of when the item was purchased.
Please Note - We do not accept returns unless authorized first via e-mail. ALL returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original packing slip. Item returning address will be provided in return authorized email. In the case of damaged/faulty items returned within 14 days, we will refund any postage costs upon request.
